What Are Some Signs That My Car Needs Repairs?
Some common signs that your car needs repairs to include unusual noises, vibrations, or smells, difficulty starting the engine, decreased gas mileage, dashboard warning lights, and a general feeling that something isn’t quite right with your vehicle.
How Often Should I Get My Car Serviced?
The frequency of car servicing depends on the make and model of your vehicle, as well as the driving conditions you encounter. In general, most mechanics recommend getting an oil change every 5,000-7,500 miles and having a comprehensive inspection done every 12,000-15,000 miles.
What Are Some Common Auto Repair Problems?
There are many common auto repair problems that car owners may encounter. Some of the most common auto repair problems include battery, brakes, engines, transmission, suspension, and electrical problems. If you suspect that your car is experiencing any of these issues, it’s important to take it to a reputable mechanic or repair shop to diagnose and fix the problem.
How Can I Prevent Auto Repair Problems?
Preventative maintenance is the best way to avoid auto repair problems. Make sure you are having regular oil changes, checking your tires and brakes, and inspecting your vehicle regularly. It’s important to pay attention to any warning signs that something might be wrong, such as strange noises or vibrations, and take it in for a checkup if they persist. Following these steps will help keep you and your car on the road for many years to come!
Can I do auto repairs myself, or should I always take my car to a professional mechanic?
It depends on your level of skill and the complexity of the repair. Basic repairs like changing a flat tire or replacing a battery can usually be done yourself with the right tools and instructions. However, for more complex repairs like engine work or transmission repairs, it’s often best to take your car to a professional mechanic who has the necessary equipment and experience to do the job safely and correctly.
Our team of experts will be happy to discuss your specific needs and provide you with a customized quote.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SAY?
EXCELLENT Based on 32 reviews Posted on Cami BronteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the only repair shop I will ever think of working with again. They are quick, honest, and genuinely kind. I would recommend to anyone, and look forward to the next time my car breaks (knock on wood!) so I can use their services.Posted on Vera PrangeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would never go anywhere else but here. We (my whole family - and now grown kids) have followed them from previous locations.. best in town. Marcelo, Emilio and the whole team are just the best most fair and kindest people. The best team in Ventura County.Posted on Suz HighTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to this garage for years. Emilio and his team have always done great work for me. I have a 2013 Mercedes that runs like a dream because of their maintenance and repairs. They are professional, they always go over the estimate, they call you with updates and always get the work done on time! Highly recommend you check them out!Posted on Christopher O'ConnorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was heading to LA for a work conference and had an unexpected mechanical failure. I was 100 miles from home and had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest shop. It was the end of the day, and I asked the tow truck driver to take me to an auto parts store. He suggested O’Reilly’s where there’s an Auto Center near by with multiple shops. I was hoping one of the mechanics would assist even though it was 5pm. The first two people I approached both brushed me off. They couldn’t be bothered at 5pm. My third ask was to Emilio at Auto Precision Repair. He was closing up the shop for the evening. I explained what happened and he said that he worked on European Cars. He was trying to leave to see his dad whom he hadn’t seen in a year. He then said, “go get your truck and I’ll take a look”. He dropped everything to help me. What I thought was a simple belt turned into a little bit larger issue requiring a new belt and pulley. Fortunately, the auto-parts store had both parts in stock. Without Emilios kindness, I would have been stranded. After repairing my vehicle, I asked him how much for the work. He said pay whatever I felt was fair. I gave him the cash I had on hand (not nearly enough in my opinion) and offered to get more if there was a nearby Bank or put it on my credit card. He insisted “No” and sent me on my way. I’ll never forget Emelio’s kindness, If I lived in the area I would highly recommend his shop to everyone I know. There are still good people in this world!Posted on Gillian CampbellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
